TO WHAT AM I COMMITTING?

Change doesn't happen overnight. I do not promote a pill to fix everything nor do I expect you to change habits in one visit! I ask for a three-month commitment to start, then we are on a month-to-month working relationship. I cannot want this more than YOU want this. Are you ready to invest in your health?

WILL MY HEALTH INSURANCE COVER NUTRITIONAL THERAPY?

Most insurance companies do not cover alternative health care. However, some clients have had success using their FSA! Insurance companies are becoming more inclusive, so be sure to check with your health insurance provider.
